The cornerstone of our Education program is the unprecedented Homebuilding Education Leadership Program (H.E.L.P.) The Endowment is awarding major grants to colleges and universities across the country, and working to help them create, expand or refocus existing programs toward residential construction management. A key goal of this program is to increase the number of qualified college graduates entering the residential construction profession. These efforts will also enhance the reputation and credibility of individuals who graduate from these programs and better prepare them for this complex industry that provides the American Dream.
